What are the circumstances in which we provide our best-in-class services, and which fits you most?

As a prospective client, your needs are unique and will be dependent on your circumstance:  do you own, or are you developing real estate?  Perhaps you are in the process of buying or selling?

What we do, as defined by our Services, can be applied to four major categories:  Building Under Design, New Building, Existing Building, and Building Acquisition.

A building under design is currently undergoing the conceptual design phase of the project.

If you are in the development process – a building is under design, construction plans have been approved, the structure is not yet built or you are awaiting governmental approval, we identify this as a new building circumstance.

If a structure exists today, i.e. it is a physical structure that is standing – occupied or not – we identify this as an existing building circumstance.  

An acquisition may entail the readying of a building for sale as much as it entails the due diligence process of acquisition and square footage verification of that which you are purchasing. Our experts are here to support your assessment of the investment property being considered.
