We MEASURE, CALCULATE and REPORT.

Our services begin with the measurement activity.  An inquiry or request to measure entails the receiving of building plans, the generation of a computerized construction model of the building, field verification of the model and the subsequent generation of an as-built drawing from which the building measurement is derived.

Our standards-based calculations methodology is applied to produce calculations representing a building’s square footage.  These calculations, along with all pertinent building information and associated drawings and diagrams are consolidated into a Building Calculation Report. It is our “audit” of a building’s square footage, and is a record of a building’s worth, and provides a building owner an accurate depiction of their most important asset – square footage.

But we don’t stop there.  In extending the measurement and calculations associated with a building, and as buildings and tenants change over time, we produce and maintain Tenant Calculations, which we provide to you as a tenant log.  This comprises all aspects of the tenants in a building.

To help you market available space, we produce marketing materials that can be used for promotion, or other general purposes; Marketing flyers, web assets, drawings, and stacking diagrams to name a few.  We provide these in your format of choice.  Our extremely capable staff offer extensive consulting and expert witness services, as it pertains to the interpretation of building calculations and measurement standard practices.

Put simply, we are the building measurement experts.  We provide timely, accurate information that will stand the test of time, as well as the rigors of those who choose to challenge us.  We apply our efforts based on industry standards and a refined BOMA Standard, The Stevenson Standard.  All this comprises Space Accounting.
