Services - Building Measurement
When working with a building owner, prospective owner, or property manager, our services culminate in what is referred to as a Calculation Analysis Report.  To generate this report, we follow the process and steps necessary to provide to you a concise reporting of the square footage of the building(s) in question.

Our building report is derived from pinpoint building measurement.  We begin the measurement process by creating a computerized construciton model of the building using the most recent architectural plans.  The computerized model of the architectural plans is then verified in the field down to the 1/8 inch using the most accurate laser measuring devices available.  Our field verification results in as-built drawings that are the basis for the most accurate square footage calculations in the industry.

We leverage The Stevenson Standard to apply an appropriate square footage calculation methodology, to render building calculations.  Such calculations become the basis by which a building is managed and leased, and by which tenants are maintained.

Since square footage is the income-producing vehicle of real estate, the building report represents a buildings value.  As such, building calculations are critical in representing a buildings value and potential yield.
