Services - Tenant Calculations
Tenant Calculations help you maximize the available space within a building, which in turn drives revenue. We produce Usable and Rentable calculations for all tenant suites and available space based on the Calculation Analysis Report

How do we accomplish this?  It’s really a two-part service.  First, we receive a request to provide a preliminary tenant calculation.  Such a request includes – from you – marked up Stevenson Systems drawings OR space plans.  We use these drawings or plans to perform preliminary usable and rentable calculations. These serve as the basis of an exhibit of the space for lease.

Upon execution of a lease, Stevenson Systems provide a final tenant calculation.  This is the second part of our Tenant Calculation service.  Working with a Tenant Improvement Architect, completed construction drawings are provided to SSI.  We store these drawings in our Drawing Vault and leverage them to provide final square footage calculations for the tenant suite.  Along with calculation details and tenant suite drawings, a Tenant Log is produced and provided to you.  This can be leveraged to manage and oversee tenants in a building.  While providing a “quick look” at all tenants within a building, it also ensures that the sum of the square footage calculations for each tenant (suite) equal a building’s total square footage.  All tenant information is maintained for future marketing and management materials as needed.
