Kevin’s 30 years of financial and management experience in technology and service related industries has seen him involved in numerous successful business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing lines of credit. He has been Chief Financial Officer for a multi-million dollar venture capital funded technology company, an accountant at Pricewaterhouse & Co., and worked with cross-border development teams integrating SaaS businesses to back office accounting systems.
