As-built Floor Plans
Our as-built and occupant drawings are created from advanced laser field measurements of existing buildings and occupant suites. These are carried out to the highest standards of architectural integrity, serving as the foundation for many of our products and services.
Stevenson Systems utilizes advanced computerized technology (CAD, BIM, REVIT, etc.) along with our advanced laser collecting data technology while referencing the original construction documents to generate its as-built drawings. These as-built drawings are vital as they are the trustworthy record from which future changes and additions are derived.
As time goes on, Stevenson Systems maintains all up to date as-builts drawings with all current and latest changes making us the as-built experts. Future projects will become more efficient to execute as contractors, architects, management and engineering will have full access to information and drawings that contain all the changes to the as-built drawings.
