Our measurement reports are a comprehensive compilation of details collected about the measured areas of a property. At Stevenson Systems we believe a thorough audit of existing construction documents and existing measurement reports, followed by our on-site advanced laser measured verification, to be the most complete method of gathering property details of measured areas.

With the gathered data, Stevenson Systems is able to generate a comprehensive report that strategically applies the correct measurement standard(s) to achieve the best result for the intended use whether it be financial, operational, informational or regulatory. Our reports contain a wealth of measured area information ranging from Load Factors, Usable, Rentable, IPMS1, IPMS2, IPMS3, Cleanable Area and the like.

Through our systems we deliver our reports in 2 forms. The first is a Preliminary Report that provides our initial measurement findings and resulting calculated areas throughout your building. The second form is a finalized version of the Final Report generated to include any changes made to the Preliminary Report after conciliation with our clients, and containing all the latest data throughout the entirety of the building.
