Flex Space
Space in a building designed to accommodate industrial, office or retail use, or any mixture (including 100% of any one) of those uses.
Space with attributes suitable for occupancy either by offices or light industrial/warehouse operations. Such space might be measured for leasing employing either an office or industrial measurement standard at the option of the owner/landlord.
