An as-built drawing reflects the building as it exists right now. Not as it was designed. Not as it was built ten years ago. As it stands today, confirmed by a measurement professional who walked the floor.
SSI field-verifies every dimension: walls, columns, window mullions, stairwells, and mechanical shafts. We document ceiling heights, floor penetrations, and structural elements that affect usable and rentable calculations.
The result is a drawing set that serves as the single source of truth for your building. When lease administrators, architects, and property managers all work from the same verified floor plan, decisions get faster and disputes get fewer.

Document Review
01We start with whatever drawings exist. Architect plans, old CAD files, tenant fit-out records. These inform our approach but never replace field verification.
Field Verification
02Every dimension is confirmed on-site. Our teams walk every floor, measure every room, and document every wall, column, and demising line as it exists today.
Drafting & QC
03Verified measurements are drafted into clean, layered CAD drawings. Each drawing goes through quality control before delivery to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Delivery & Integration
04Final drawings are delivered in your preferred format and loaded into TruSpace for ongoing management. The floor plan becomes a living document.
